Newsletter Nr 12 : Smart pick up of vouchers and catalogue
ECE-ROTTERDAM 2011 is proud to announce that already 1800 visitors booked for the European Commodity Exchange Rotterdam 2011. We organize for you a pre-registration facilitated in the World Trade Center in the Center of Rotterdam in order to pick up your vouchers and participants catalogue. The registration desk is open between 15.00 – 19.00h on October 6th. Please check on our website “Travel and Stay” and go to the menu section “Laurens-WTC” for a routemap.
WTC and Laurens Church are located at a short walk distance, but many city hotels are also nearby. Not only those who join us at the Gala Dinner on Thursday 6th of October are strongly recommended to pick up catalogue and vouchers in advance at WTC. For the Social Programme this is indispensable. Also each smart visitor who wants to avoid to wait long in a queue in order to get into Ahoy on the 7th goes to WTC the day before!
Payments paid correctly in time, based on our invoicing, are also recommended. Be aware that after September 16th direct payment is required with no payment period valid anymore. You save time in the registration process in WTC or Ahoy and those that just come and did not register and pay will be charged extra administration costs! The Gala Dinner on the 6th of October at ECE-Rotterdam 2011
Before the European Commodity Exchange day, in the evening of October 6, it is time to meet your friends and business partners at the ECE Gala Dinner organized in the historical Sint Laurens church, catered by the prestigious Maison van den Boer.
Companies wishing to entertain customers at this excellent Gala Dinner are advised to book tables of at least 10 persons. Purchase and payment for 10 places is required, which is equivalent to a table. By booking a full table for the Gala Dinner you will get your company name on the table and your company name will be mentioned on the table arrangement plan in the Laurens Church at no extra cost.
