Entrance tickets
Please note that all visitors, representatives on stands, press or participants providing other services have to purchase an entrance ticket in order to participate in the European Commodities Exchange.
Only professional constructors of stands will be allowed to register and work in Ahoy without an entrance ticket but only outside of official opening hours, in time schedules as indicated in ‘Exhibiting’ on the website.

Online registration
You will have to register as a participant/visitor using a special portal which requires identification of yourself and the company to which you belong. After this identification process you will receive a personal ID code. It will enable you to book for the various offers like subscription as visitor, the booking of stands, catering, gala dinner and /or social programme. The booking of advertising and having your company logo featured in the catalogue is possible. Each booking will automatically be followed by an invoice, to be paid within 14 days of issuing date. With the ID code you can add further bookings at later stage, but no modifications will be accepted automatically. Once you have confirmed your registrations and various purchases, this portal will not support cancellation options, only additional purchases can be edited/ordered through the web portal. Any cancellation is subject to Het Comité acceptance.
This on-line registration will be closed on the 3rd of October 2011. You will get an ‘early bird’ visitor registration price until 30th of June 2011 of €175,-. After that date you will pay for the admission fee € 195,- excluding Dutch VAT (19%).
The electronic booking of our special offers like lunch, social programme and gala dinner are subject to capacity or will end the date of 16th of September 2011 the latest.
In case you register before 23rd September 2011, your contact details will be included in the participant directory and published on the conference website. Thereafter no further registrations can be considered for the official participant directory (catalogue).
For registrations between the 23rd of September 2011 and 3rd of October 2011 your names will only be listed in the special newspaper edition distributed at the ECE venue. If you have requested a logo in the list of participants, this logo must be provided to het Comité before the 9th of September 2011. No logo’s can be included in the special newspaper edition. Please read about the various options for advertising in the catalogue or newspaper in ‘Sponsoring & Publicity’
A refund of the registration fees less an administrative fee of € 50,00 will be made if a written cancellation is received before 31st of May 2011. Thereafter no refunds can be made. All cancellation or changes have to be forwarded in writing to Het Comité.
