Newsletter Nr 14: Gala dinner subscription to end
Before the European Commodity Exchange day, in the evening of October 6, it is time to meet your friends and business partners at the ECE Gala Dinner organized in the historical Sint Laurens church, catered by the prestigious Maison van den Boer. Modest musical entertainment and meeting all your friends from the Trade will create a splendid evening all together!

Within a few days the subscription will close! The wine and musical entertainment during the dinner is offered to you by Port of Rotterdam and Port of Amsterdam.
At pre-registration in WTC on October 6th you can pick up your dinner voucher or other vouchers and Entry card for the Exchange day as well. You can fulfill your payments by credit card at WTC, also for the Gala Dinner. Payment in WTC (instead of bank transfer) will be charged plus 25 euro administration costs. However, in the Laurens church there is no opportunity for payment anymore. Non-paid booking will give no access to the dinner. Those who may come without their vouchers but were registered and paid will get access, but no other vouchers will be handed out: these must be picked up at WTC (6th of October) or at Ahoy (7th of October).
Companies wishing to entertain customers at this excellent Gala Dinner are advised to book tables of at least 10 persons. Purchase and payment for 10 places is required, which is equivalent to a table. By booking a full table for the Gala Dinner you will get your company name on the table and your company name will be mentioned on the table arrangement plan in the Laurens Church at no extra cost.
