In case you want to organize interviews it is strongly advised to inform us in advance about your intentions.

A special arrangement can be made for access to the European Commodity Exchange on the 7^th of October in Ahoy, including a set of information about the European Commodity Exchange and Rotterdam. A badge for the press representative will be prepared which gives you access to Ahoy Convention Center.

If required we can supply you our logo.

We will ask you to have your proof of publication in return (a copy of your article, newspaper, magazine or reference to radio broadcast etc.)

We will publish professional photographs on our website on Monday 10^th of October, directly after the event. These can be used for publication.
