Newsletter 4 : PIN Codes and Invoices
Already 60 exhibitors have subscribed for the 51st European Commodity Exchange Rotterdam 2011 and many companies started to subscribe their visitors! In case your company is interested to book a stand, it is advised to contact the organization with some urgency, as we are getting sold out. Please find below the names of exhibitors that we registered until now.
The ECE also received many questions with the following interest: We registered our Company and receive a PIN code. Is this registration and PIN also meant for visitors?
No, the My Company registration does not represent a booking for access of persons to the Commodity Exchange. Each visitor will have to be registered through the Company registration (and Company PIN) with his personal PIN code for ordering entry ticket, lunch, dinner and partners according to the needs. The visitor will receive his personal PIN in order to add the requests for these options. At the My Company portal section, these visitors become listed. However, in order to explore this list of visitors one needs to know the Company PIN.
Companies with Stand reservations started to receive their invoice at present. It is recommended to check this invoice with care whether this fits the orders. Also visitors will receive their invoices by the end of this month. Additional orders for Lunch, Dinner or Social Programme at later stage will automatically generate invoices subsequently. It is always possible to add these requests later onwards by using the personal visitors PIN. These additional orders become invoiced at later stage.
In case of any questions or further requests, please contact info@ece-rotterdam2011.nl
The Royal Dutch Grain and Feed Trade Association (Het Comité) looks forward to having you in Rotterdam, 6th and 7th of October 2011!
