Newsletter Nr 10 : Floor plan becomes final

ECE-ROTTERDAM 2011 is proud to announce that 81 stands are booked as well as 24 exchange tables in order to get our floor plan for the exchange day finalized. This means that we expect also numerous visitors. We will prepare them an excellent day on October 7th. The Ahoy Convention Centre becomes ready for this!
This message also involves that we will not accept new entries for stands or tables on the exchange day anymore. All locations were carefully selected and discussed with the exhibitors, so we cannot make modifications. Within a few days we will adapt the list of exhibitors (on the website under the menu registration: exhibitors/visitors) and publish a picture of the floorplan with the official numbers of each stand or exchange table.
The Gala Dinner on the 6th of October at ECE-Rotterdam 2011
Before the European Commodity Exchange day, in the evening of October 6, it is time to meet your friends and business partners at the ECE Gala Dinner organized in the historical Sint Laurens church, catered by the prestigious Maison van den Boer.
Companies wishing to entertain customers at this excellent Gala Dinner are advised to book tables of at least 10 persons. Purchase and payment for 10 places is required, which is equivalent to a table. By booking a full table for the Gala Dinner you will get your company name on the table and your company name will be mentioned on the table arrangement plan in the Laurens Church at no extra cost. For individual participations to the Gala Dinner the names of yourself or partner(s) are to be registered at the portal of the website www.ece-rotterdam2011.nl The price for the Gala Dinner is € 150,-- incl 19% VAT.
